Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Coating (Black). PVD metal ceramic film exhibits a high micro-hardness (1500-8000 HV), in excess of 80 HRc. Rowe Tactical is AS9100D Certified, ITAR Registered and we are a Class 7 Manufacturer of firearms and gun parts.
